WHAT IS SONOTHERAPY?

Sound therapy is both a new and an old practice, which involves using

sounds and vibrations for therapeutic purposes.

It is practiced using different vibratory and sound instruments such as

Himalayan singing bowls, therapeutic tuning forks, gongs,

chimes, shamanic drums, rain sticks ... ect and also

the frequencies of crystalline tools such as crystal bowls, pyramids and harps.

Sound and vibrations stimulate the nervous system, chakras, meridians, fascias,

tendons, muscles, organs, bone structure; to the heart of cells, molecules

and the very atoms that constitute us.

One of the most used images to understand how sound works

is that of a stone thrown into a lake, immediately concentric circles form on the surface of the water.

The effect is the same in the human body, the waves spread through the body fluids

(blood, lymph, water about 75%) create a deep interior massage that reduces existing tensions, energy and emotional blockages and physical pain.

Thanks to the wide spectrum of frequencies, as well as to the natural and harmonious sounds of its various instruments, the sound care

acts in a global way on the body and the spirit.

Most ancient cultures used the “seemingly magical” power of sound

and their vibrations to heal.

Energy healing by sound had almost disappeared in the West until 1930,

when acoustics researchers discovered ultrasound and its medical properties. With this discovery,

research has exploded and today the ancient art of vibratory care

is developing rapidly in parallel with science and allopathic medicine.

In Nepal, it is said that a person who vibrates harmoniously is healthy.

If dissonances appear, she loses her balance, her harmony, and falls ill.

THE BENEFITS OF SONOTHERAPY

Sound therapy stimulates our vital energy, harmonizes the physical and psychic bodies by allowing a rebalancing

energy of the chakras and meridians.

It treats and relieves physical disorders such as: joint pain, muscle pain,

fibromyalgia, digestive problems, migraines, tinnitus ...

normalizes blood pressure and helps restore the balance of the immune system.

It also acts on stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, phobias and depressive syndromes; opens the heart, triggers the release of endorphin, promotes concentration

and brings a refocusing by synchronizing the hemispheres of the brain.
